In short
CERICLUB only collects the data you send us yourself, through the contact form or the newsletter sign-up. We do not sell it, we do not pass it on to anyone, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Data collected and purposes
- Contact form: first name, last name, email address, subject and message. Purpose: to process and answer your request. Legal basis: your consent.
- Newsletter: email address. Purpose: to send you CERICLUB news. Legal basis: your consent.
Recipients
Your data is handled by the CERICLUB board members authorised to reply. Message delivery is carried out by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), our technical processor for sending emails. No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Retention period
Contact requests: 12 months from the last exchange, then deleted. Newsletter sign-ups: until you unsubscribe, which you may request at any time.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@cericlub.org.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.
No resources loaded from third-party services
This site calls no external server in order to display. Fonts and stylesheets are served by cericlub.org: your IP address is disclosed to no one other than our hosting provider, which processes it solely to deliver the service. Until 5 September 2026, fonts came from Google and the stylesheet from Cloudflare; that is no longer the case. See cookie management.
